/23rd Budo Training Day
On Saturday, April 11th 2026, the traditional Budo Training Day was held for the twenty-third time. A total of 54 Karatekas from nine dojos of IFK Switzerland Kyokushinkai gathered in the gymnasium in Felsberg. The following Karatekas served as Instruktors:
• Shihan Edi Gabathuler, 8th DAN
• Shihan Rolf Imhof, 5th DAN
• Shihan André Emmenegger, 5th DAN
• Sensei Fritz Trautmann, 4th DAN
• Sensei Barbara De Patre, 4th DAN
• Sensei Dominique Frey, 3rd DAN
The program included Kihon, Ippon-/Sanbonkumite as well as Renraku, Katas, Fighting combinations, and sparring. We thank everyone who contributed to the success of the twenty-third Budo Training Day. Until next year – OSU.
