IFK Kata Committee - Online Pinan Course 19th September 2026
/On Saturday 19th September 2026, the IFK Kata Committee held an online session covering the Pinan Katas.
The session, led by Shihans Janine and Sunil, and assisted by Shihans Victor and Stephano, was attended by over 50 participants from Spain, Iran, Poland, Switzerland, Great Britian, Norway, Kazakhstan, USA, Austria, Brazil, Ireland, Belgium, Mexico, Uruguay and Canada. It provided a great opportunity to address queries and answer questions from the participants in relation to the correct interpretation of various moves and positions.
