IFK USA - 34th American International Karate Championships (AIKC)

Registration is now open for the 34th American International Karate Championships (AIKC), scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Albion High School in Albion, New York.

The tournament is open to competitors from all styles and organizations and will feature:

• Knockdown Kumite
• Semi-Contact Kumite
• Open Hand Kata
• Weapons Kata
• Junior and Adult Divisions

IFK India - IFK Cup at Sajnaberia, India, on 22nd November 2026.

The All India Karate tournament titled “IFK Cup", will be held at Sajnaberia, India, on 22nd November 2026. 

Participants from all states where IFK has an existing presence will be invited to take part in the event. In addition, practitioners from other full-contact martial arts groups will also be invited to participate, making it a large and competitive gathering.

We are hopeful that this tournament will be a grand success and will further strengthen the spirit of Kyokushin and full-contact karate across the country.

IFK Mauritius 14th IFK National Knockdown Tournament 02 August 2026

On 2 August 2026, IFK Kyokushin Mauritius will proudly host its 14th IFK National Knockdown Tournament at the SSS Quartier Militaire Girls Gymnasium. More than 200 competitors, from 3 years old to over 70, will take part, representing every level of experience, from beginners making their first appearance to elite competitors and veteran fighters.

The tournament follows the traditions of Kyokushin Knockdown Karate, a full-contact competition that rewards courage, technique, endurance, fighting spirit, and respect. It is one of the purest expressions of Kyokushin, where competitors test themselves through determination and discipline.

For many years, IFK Kyokushin Mauritius has continued to raise the standard of Kyokushin karate in Mauritius through dedication, discipline, and consistent development. With more than 30 IFK dojos across the island and over 200 registered IFK fighters, the federation has built one of the strongest and most active Kyokushin communities in the country.

One of IFK’s proudest achievements is being the only Kyokushin federation in Mauritius to successfully organise a national tournament on three tatamis, featuring 200 fighters only IFK members. This reflects the federation’s depth, organisation, and the continued growth of its athletes year after year.

IFK Mauritius Winter Camp 17, 18 and 19 July

In 2024, Shihan Nazir, Sensei Rayhaan, and Sensei Zaynab proudly organized the first-ever Kyokushin Winter Camp in Mauritius under IFK Mauritius. It became far more than a karate camp,

it became an unforgettable experience that brought together the Kyokushin family through training, friendship, leadership, discipline, and adventure.

Over two incredible days, participants trained from before sunrise until sunrise, challenged themselves through Kyokushin kihon, kata, kumite, fitness, and outdoor training, trained in the rain, played football, tackled obstacle challenges, enjoyed quad biking, water sports, kayaking, pedalo rides, dragon boat racing, tug of war, teamwork games, and shared meals together. They slept in tents and barracks, gathered around the campfire, made lifelong friendships with students from different dojos, and even enjoyed a surprise mini concert in a theatre.

The overwhelming success of the first edition inspired us to go even bigger.

IFK Mauritius Winter Camp 2026 returns with three full days of action, learning, adventure, and unforgettable memories. Expect more training, more challenges, more leadership activities, more outdoor survival experiences, more teamwork, and even more surprises than ever before.

This is more than a karate camp. It is a unique Kyokushin experience in Mauritius, where martial arts, respect, discipline, friendship, and adventure come together.

IFK Mauritius continues to raise the standard for Kyokushin Karate in Mauritius, creating one of the country’s most exciting martial arts camps and bringing karateka together from different dojos to train, grow, and build lifelong bonds.

Sensei Jansen is widely respected within the IFK for both his competitive accomplishments and his success as a coach at the national and international level. His background spans high-level performance in both kumite and kata, as well as long-term athlete development.

IFK Austria - Dan Test and Summer Camp 10-12 July 2026

Three days of Kyokushin — training, seminars, and one of the most important events of the year:
🔥 The IFK Black Belt Examination.

A special highlight of this event will be Jonas Rosin and Emanuel Lebo.

Although they’ve ended their competitive careers, they’ve decided to take on one final challenge — the IFK 3rd Dan Black Belt Test.

Both are World Champions, and kumite was always their strongest side.

They will face 50 consecutive fights, inviting strong fighters to make this one of the toughest kumite tests in Kyokushin history.

From K.O. Dojo, World Champion Aleksandar Alexiev and European Champion Lukas Prem will also take part in this examination —
Aleksandar will test for his 1st Dan Black Belt, and Lukas for his 2nd Dan.

The camp is open to all federations — daily training, seminars, and participation in the kumite part of the exam are open to everyone.

Limited spots: maximum 100 participants.

IFK India Intra-City Tournament 2026 - 10th May 2026

3rd Annual American Vital Karate Open – March 28, 2026

The 3rd Annual American Vital Karate Open Championships will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in Lima, Ohio. Hosted by American Vital Karate and presented by USA-IFK, the AVK Open continues to grow as a multi-division event welcoming competitors from across the Kyokushin and broader karate community.

The 2026 AVK Open will include the following divisions:

Competitors may register for only one fighting division (Point Fighting, Semi-Contact, or Full Contact Kumite).

  • $50 for one Karate event

  • March 23 – March 28, 2026

  • $60 for one Karate event

  • $10 for each additional Karate event

Jiu-Jitsu Registration:

Spectator Pass:

  • $10 per spectator

Important: Semi-Contact and Full Contact Knockdown Kumite registration ends March 23, 2026.
No late registrations will be accepted for these divisions.

Divisions may be combined as necessary to ensure safe and fair competition. If no safe competitor can be found, a refund will be issued for the affected fighting division.
